Best Buy , bad service!!!!

But the service and the way I was treated at the Staten Island store was terrible when I went to purchase some add ons and received an attitude like I should be grateful for their help. I will never return to this Best Buy or any other after this incident

Not what I thought

The drive is very slow and soon as I got it, I had to do update it right out the box. My Windows laptop is way better.
