    I have had multiple MacBook Pro computers and the transfer to this new model has been a problem. Jumbled and incomplete files. In the past transfers were seamless.

    The laptop died within 2 weeks and came to return it in the window, workers at the Best Buy in Mountain View were no help and honestly had no idea how to navigate the situation so ended up going to the Milpitas store to get help
