Ordered on line and received notice that my MacBook Pro was ready for pickup. Got to the store and waited in line less than a couple minutes and was on my way home. Service was awesome and the new MacBook is great. Love it

We bought this unit as a replacement for the older unit. The product is awesome! Battery life is much higher!! Display, Storage and speed are incredible!! Best Buy made the buying process a breeze with upfront discounts and trade in, which was easy peasy!

I upgraded from my 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip. This was a well deserved upgrade for daily use. It’s twice as heavy or feels like it however it is nasty in the spec sheet. No regrets for 50% more price

Still getting to know the product hence the 4-stars. Been using Macbook Pros since 2014 hence super familiar and comfortable using this. Loving the liquid retina XDR and the magic keyboard that truly complement the super fast M5 inside. The SSD is a lot silent than my previous machine. Haven't really felt the need to use the much touted Apple Intelligence but again its early days.

I have always been a Windows user, so MAC's have been a mystery to me. I decided to look into app development and found out, MAC is the only real option for this. It took a bit of learning but this proved to be an amazing product and glad I bought it, I won't go back to a windows PC

Picked the 14" cause it's perfect for the size.Also m5 upgrade was way better from my 2012.only thing i don't like about it is it gets scratched way to easy now.Other than that everything was great and it was on sale when i got it Black Friday.

Great to have a faster laptop. Love the new features including the fingerprint access to passwords. It was great to get my computer right away and not have to wait for it to arrive. So easy to setup and get started using it. So nice to have the charge last several days.

What a laptop! The battery lasts forever! Incredibly fast. And a magnetic charging plug and socket for safety. And the latest M5 processor so it will be supported for at least a decade.

Honestly a great improvement from my Macbook pro M1. So glad I upgraded really helps with the video and photo editing that I do for work and with the newer chip it can support multiple screens

Amazing performance with super fast speed and smooth multitasking. The display is gorgeous, battery life is excellent, and it handles everything I throw at it without any lag. Definitely worth the investment.

I bought this for my wife; she loves it. There was initially a challengenwith setting up emajl -- but that got sorted out withina few houra by talking to Apple.

I love my new MacBook Pro. The display is an inch bigger. The outside is an inch shorter and it weighs a pound less than the 10 year old one I replaced. And I didn’t have to drive across town to get it.

While not a heavy computer user, I try to stay current with my equipment. I moved from a MacBook Air with a M3 to a Pro with a M5. Noticeable difference in the speed and feel the screen and sound is improved. Glad I made the change.

I first had a Mac Pro 13" that was too small. I tried a Mac air 15" that was too cumbersome. This Mac Pro 14" is perfect. Yes the Goldilocks syndrome. I'm still learning many features. but the M5 chip is extremely fast. Great Black Friday deal.
