    I contacted bestbuy for the product delivery correction and the executive mentioned that you will receive the product on updated address but item never delivered to me. I raised case with bestbuy and FedEx but both were saying to contact shipper for refund. Bestbuy said contact FedEx and I really disappointed of not getting refund. After lots of follow-up everytime bestbuy executive disconnected my call after taking few details from me. I never faced this kind of service from bestbuy but this time they were really opposite in support.
