    My son has no complaints so far he like it. He first had a MacBook Air big difference throat one has a fan which is very important for a laptop.

    This open box MacBook was in the original package and looked like it was never open. The charging cord and plug was never unwrapped.

    The MacBook is great! But the service and the way I was treated at the Staten Island store was terrible when I went to purchase some add ons and received an attitude like I should be grateful for their help. I will never return to this Best Buy or any other after this incident
