great computer but 16gb is not enough

For basic office and browser applications, I was at the end of allowable memory. My opinion is that you should consider the 24gb memory version (or higher) if you're going to buy this machine.

But the service and the way I was treated at the Staten Island store was terrible when I went to purchase some add ons and received an attitude like I should be grateful for their help. I will never return to this Best Buy or any other after this incident

Why I don't like to buy online.

The price was reduced three days after I purchased it. I requested a price match. It was honored but they screwed up the numbers and now my account was overcharged. What a pain to have to go through the entire purchase to correct their basic math mistakes.

Tried to talk her into returning it but she didn't want to deal with the horrible service again. Would recommend it but purchase from anywhere but Best Buy.
