The ordering process was smooth, and my laptop was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be. The staff was helpful and made the pickup quick and easy. They answered my questions about the device and made sure everything was in perfect condition before I left. The MacBook itself has been amazing so far—super fast, sleek, and perfect for both productivity and everyday use. I also appreciated how straightforward the checkout process was, with no pressure or upselling. Everything felt professional and efficient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for anyone looking to purchase high-end electronics.

AI is not that smart

No matter what I do and what help tells me the TV will not set the clock for daylight savings time so my direct tv app shows an hour off but if I use the direct tv equipment instead of the app (and pay the extra for it) then the direct tv has correct time but is constantly going out and I have to reset it up all the time. The AI feature limits ability to set time up correctly even though it has my zip code and address. I have reset and started over 5 times and still not right. That includes calling the manufacturer for help cause apparently my membership doesn’t matter cause geek squad say it’s not their area!
