First time owning a MacBook, and I love it. Battery will last for a couple days. I use this for casual internet searching and work. So far this has exceeded my expectations. My old laptop was windows and this is my first time using apple as a computer. I have an iPhone which works great for mirroring and getting text messages that come through my laptop.

Out of the box, the power cord was defective (flashing orange light and wouldn't charge battery), but Best Buy Geek Squad helped me obtain a replacement quickly. I had a 16-inch MacBook Pro previously that had a touch bar, and I miss the touch bar, but other than that, no problems. It was far less expensive than the newest 16-inch.

I do a lot of work on the computer and this one is able to handle all the stress put on it with multiple tabs open to split screen to even running videos with other tabs open.
