Poor Fulfillment and customer service
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy sent me a MacBook Neo instead of the Pro that I purchased. I returned it waiting almost a month to receive my correct order only for them to just issue a refund instead.

Terrible customer service
