Customer service was great, it was Black Friday and he took me to his checkout area without going into a line. He also was making sure everyone was getting help in his department! Great multi tasked!!

Love the laptop and the color. The M5 chip is very fast and responsive, even with a million tabs open at the same time. It's a little heavier than other macbook pro so portability is slightly harder but overall it gets thejob done well.

This is my first pro but I am never going back. The computer is super fast and a beautiful display. It’s not as slim as the air model.

Excellent for people that work with a lot of writing documents. Also the sound is excellent perfect for movies.

Always use Mac for the easy customer friendly operation. The new Apple M5 chip is amazing making working from home a breeze. Rezolution is spot on no issues with running multiple programs at the same time

The space black 14-inch MacBook Pro was delivered to my door step and looked great out of the box. I turned it on and transferred data from my old M1 MacBook.

Works perfectly fine! Runs all my editing softwares seamlessly in the background! An editors greatest gift!

I don't have much time to use it, but it's a good computer and so far it's been giving me good service.

This works well, Best Buy did a good job of getting it to me. Nothing wrong with the way it looks. My issue is with Apple and the product design. I am used to HP and Dell laptops but switched because I heard MacBooks are good for music production, but then I get it to find out that there are no USB-A ports? So much of my music production equipment has USB wires so I had to buy an adapter (which isn't the end of the world, but still super annoying). What is also annoying is that everything else is a USB-C EXCEPT THE CHARGER which is a weird third thing that is specific to just this Macbook. Every other laptop I have is charged by USB-C and has USB-C, USB, USB-A, and HDMI inputs/outputs. I don't super understand why Apple hasn't picked up on what is standard everywhere else.
