Pretty cool laptop, excellent for work and daily tasks

I’ve been using the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M5 chip for a while now, and I’m extremely impressed. The performance is incredibly fast — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and even heavy tasks like coding, video editing, or running multiple tools work flawlessly. The battery life is amazing and easily lasts all day without needing a charge.

The item came perfectly packaged as well as was shipped carefully. The speed of the computer as well as its A.I. is quite impressive. I use it for patient charting and documentation while at work as a First Responder.

Bought this to replace an older MacBook super fast and quit great display just wish using steam wouldn’t kick the fans on and heat up.

I love this MacBook Pro. I have owned apple products for more than a decade and always appreciate the ease of using the devices and the ability to share among my other devices. I upgraded from the Mac air to the Mac book Pro with MX 5 chip. I have noticed the improvement in accessing apps and files which proves extremely helpful.

Love how fast it is! I upgraded from a macbook air.

This was released a month after I purchased the M4 version. I exchanged it & paid the difference (it was over $300.00). I do not regret it for the graphics improvement alone. It in no way stands up against my PC with an RTX 5070TI, but the improvement is huge for Apple. It is now my most used machine.

Switching my business from PC to Mac platform, this is the machine to get me started. Easy to set up, and integrates seamlessly with my phone and tablets. An odd thing that impressed me, this thing 'feels' solid, It has a heft that I really like

The base model Macbook Pro M5 is awesome value for someone with average workflows, has an amazing screen and performance.

I did not know that Apple has planned obsolescence. My MacBook Air purchased in 2021 turned out to be a 2018 model that now has no trade in value, and as of next year will no longer be serviced by Apple with software updates. Surprise, surprise! So I bought a new one with the latest M5 chip. Hopefully it will be good for 7 years, not just 4.

Easy-Peasy to order online and pick up the next day at the store. The Best Buy employee did not even try to sell me an extended warranty or other add-ons. My son had no issues completing the set-up.
