Slow for big video editing but overall great computer

I love my Apple gear and can tell this M5 machine would be excellent on numerous levels except that 16gb memory is not enough. For basic office and browser applications, I was at the end of allowable memory. My opinion is that you should consider the 24gb memory version (or higher) if you're going to buy this machine.

I never actually received the product, so I can’t review its performance or quality. Unfortunately, the delivery failed because no one was available at the address at the time, and the order was automatically returned and canceled instead of being rescheduled. What made this experience frustrating was the lack of effective customer support. I was only able to interact with an automated system that kept looping without offering a real solution or a way to reschedule delivery. The laptop itself looks excellent on paper and seems like a very solid machine, but the purchasing and delivery process left a lot to be desired. I hope Best Buy improves support in cases like this.

The MacBook is great! But the service and the way I was treated at the Staten Island store was terrible when I went to purchase some add ons and received an attitude like I should be grateful for their help. I will never return to this Best Buy or any other after this incident

I have had multiple MacBook Pro computers and the transfer to this new model has been a problem. Jumbled and incomplete files. In the past transfers were seamless.

Performing as expected. Little bit heavier than my previous one. Colors were limited. So was the protective case colors

Bought this as a gift. The price was reduced three days after I purchased it. I requested a price match. It was honored but they screwed up the numbers and now my account was overcharged. What a pain to have to go through the entire purchase to correct their basic math mistakes.

Wife likes her MacBook Pro but the experience of purchasing it was a nightmare. Tried to talk her into returning it but she didn't want to deal with the horrible service again. Would recommend it but purchase from anywhere but Best Buy.

This is review for Best Buy, I have reach out to your customer service and have been told that price match can’t do since MicroCenter doesn’t give shipping option only pickup and later your representative saying it’s been more than 14days so we can’t do . This makes no sense and your representative statement is contradictory which is not helpful . Next time I will think about all my purchases from MicroCenter no point to stick in best buy anymore.

Someone in Florida used my credit information from PayPal to purchase a 14-inch MacBook. The laptop was picked up within 1 hour. BestBuy may have asked for ID but failed to ID information on receipt. Don't know if this was an inside job but I'm out $1600 dollars with no information on person that picked up.

Bad experience overcharged on Mac Pro Book on Black Friday sale had to go back to store to fixed issue

This was to be a gift but it was rejected. Recipient did not want an Apple product.

I bought this m5 as an upgrade to my MacBook Pro 13 which I used it for almost 7 years until it showed it’s age started to appear line on the screen.. This is one of best upgrade ever it’s pretty solid for everything the sound is good screen is almost perfect performance is solid..

Works great! Love the MacBook Pro. Best Buy staff were helpful.
