I had recently purchased a MacBook Pro 14-inch from Best Buy. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions. The pickup process was quick—I was in and out in just a few minutes. The MacBook was in perfect condition, sealed and exactly as described. The laptop has been working flawlessly. It is fast and awesome! I love this laptop. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely keep buying my electronics from Best Buy. By the way, last week I bought another laptop as well. Excellent service from Bestbuy.

Great machine, but that wasn't really a surprise. Got it for a great price! Haven't heard the fan come on yet, but I haven't done anything terribly intensive yet. The screen is very nice and brighter than my MBA. It's super snappy in basic operations, boots quickly, and recovers from sleeping instantly. As with the Pro line, the speakers are a giant leap over the MBA, music and videos have a much deeper sound. In 2 weeks of using it a couple hours a day, I've charged it one time. Very satisfied.

I’ve been using this MacBook for a few months now and so far it works well. The performance is smooth for everything I do, and the battery life is great. The Space Black finish is a nice touch. For me, the 14-inch size feels like the right balance. Overall, it's a high-quality laptop that gets the job done.

I’m coming from a 2015 MB Pro. The hardware was fine, but software updates stopped in 2024 which brought me to Beat Buy for a new computer. Everything about this is awesome. It’s incredibly fast and the M5 chip makes this future proof for another 10 years. Previous PCs only last 3-4 years, had significant bloatware, had software errors, and customization I didn’t need/use. This product is high end, secure, is easy to use and just works when you use it. Pro all the way!

Excellent battery life. It powers on instantly and there's no waiting time. It's a completely silent computer and stays cool no matter how long you use it.

Everything looks sharp and vibrant, whether you’re coding, watching videos, or multitasking. macOS feels incredibly fast and responsive. Apps open instantly, animations are smooth, and there’s zero lag in everyday use. Virtualization is impressive as well. Running Kali Linux and Windows on macOS feels smooth like butter, with no noticeable performance drops. Multitasking is seamless, and the system handles everything effortlessly. The stereo speakers are surprisingly powerful. The sound quality is loud, clean, and well-balanced, with clear vocals and deep bass. For a laptop, the audio experience is honestly outstanding. Overall, the MacBook Pro delivers top-tier performance, a premium display, and excellent sound quality — easily one of the best laptops I’ve used

This little guy replaced my iMac Pro and older MBP and is doing so with half the ram and hard drive. Blazing fast. Crushes 2 external monitors, UAD Apollo, and 100+ tracks of protools while also handling day to day tasks. Awesome.

Set up very fast and is working in perfect condition and order. I love the pro I bought and plan on a daily usage so it’s going to be the best option for me.

I’ve owned a lot of laptops over the years for both work and personal use, but my MacBook Pro has honestly been the first one that completely changed how I feel about using a computer every single day. I originally bought it because I needed something reliable for long work hours, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations in almost every category — especially battery life, performance, and overall build quality. The first thing I noticed right away was how incredibly fast and smooth everything feels. The computer boots up almost instantly, apps open without delay, and I can jump between multiple programs without the system slowing down. I regularly have a web browser with many tabs open, email, documents, PDFs, and messaging apps running at the same time, and the MacBook Pro handles it effortlessly. There’s no freezing, no lag, and no frustration — which is huge when you rely on your laptop for productivity. What really impressed me the most though is the battery life. This is easily the best battery performance I’ve ever experienced on any laptop. I can unplug it in the morning and work throughout the entire day without constantly thinking about where the charger is. On some days I forget to charge it overnight and still get hours and hours of use the next day. It doesn’t feel like a “portable computer” that needs to live near an outlet — it actually feels portable. I can work from the couch, the kitchen table, outside, or even while traveling without anxiety about my battery dying halfway through something important. Another thing I appreciate is how cool and quiet the laptop runs. Even when I’m multitasking heavily, it barely gets warm and I almost never hear the fan. My previous laptops used to sound like a jet engine after opening a few programs, but the MacBook Pro stays calm and silent. The brightness is strong enough to comfortably use it near windows or in daylight, which I didn’t realize I would appreciate as much as I do. The keyboard and trackpad deserve special mention too. The keyboard feels solid and responsive with just the right amount of travel, making long typing sessions comfortable. I write a lot and never feel fatigue using it. The trackpad is probably the best part — it’s large, precise, and the gestures are extremely intuitive. I rarely even feel the need to use a mouse anymore because everything is so accurate and smooth. I also love how stable the operating system feels. Everything works together seamlessly. Software updates install easily, apps rarely crash, and the system doesn’t slow down over time like other computers I’ve owned. It feels dependable, which is honestly what matters most when you use a laptop daily. The speakers surprised me too. For a laptop, the sound quality is amazing — loud, clear, and full. Watching movies or listening to music without external speakers is actually enjoyable. The webcam and microphone are also much better than I expected, which makes video calls look and sound professional without needing extra equipment. Build quality is another major highlight. The aluminum body feels sturdy and premium, not cheap or flimsy. The hinge is solid, the screen doesn’t wobble, and the whole device feels like it was built to last for years. It still looks almost brand new even after regular daily use. Overall, the MacBook Pro feels less like a typical laptop and more like a dependable tool that you can trust every day. It’s fast, quiet, powerful, and extremely efficient, but the standout feature for me is still the battery life. Being able to go through a full day of work without worrying about charging has genuinely improved my workflow and convenience. I can honestly say this is one of the best technology purchases I’ve made. This was my first new mac in 8 or 9 years. My previous macbook lasted that long. I'm a huge fan of the Macbook Pro and would 100% recommend for the battery life, stability, speed, and ability of handling multiple things at the same time.

Fantastic machine. Very battery efficient and powerful! The M5 chip is very good for the majority of things. If you need more power and have high workloads, wait for the M5 Pro. : )

I’m really happy I decided to switch to the 14-inch instead of the 16-inch. It's super lightweight and way easier to carry around for someone like me who is always on the go. The laptop has been functioning flawlessly and keeps up with the demands I need it to perform so definitely worth the upgrade from my old MacBook Pro.

Got an open box and it's been great! No issues and much faster than my older model. I use it for work while I'm traveling and it's been very helpful.

Very Happy with the new MacBook. All the technicalities kind of go over my head, but I do believe it preforms much faster than my 2019-2020 Macbook. I'm only about 1 week into using it, but smooth, responsive and quick. Oh and GREAT battery life length too!
