This makes no sense and your representative statement is contradictory which is not helpful . Next time I will think about all my purchases from MicroCenter no point to stick in best buy anymore.

Fraudulant charge

The laptop was picked up within 1 hour. BestBuy may have asked for ID but failed to ID information on receipt. Don't know if this was an inside job but I'm out $1600 dollars with no information on person that picked up.

Terrible customer service
