I recently purchased a MacBook Pro, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. When I arrived home and tried to set it up, the laptop would not turn on at all. I attempted several troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I took the device to an authorized service center, where I was told that the charging and power module was defective. Even worse, because it falls under international warranty, the replacement process will take around 30 days. This is extremely frustrating, especially because I urgently needed the computer for work. Overall, this experience has been very negative. I expected a premium product and reliable support, but instead it has caused unnecessary stress and delays.

The Macbook Pro is awesome. I love it, because I ended up ordering directly from Apple. This review is about Bestbuy. I ordered an M5 with 1tb and 24 gigs of ram, they shipped it to my house. When I signed for it, the contents were a DVD player. Someone messed up or switched packages. They store took it and ordered a new one, also to be shipped. 2 days later I got a notification the package had been damage and being held at Fedex because the item was considered hazardous due to the battery. Bestbuy said tough, this is a fedex issue, and fedex said tough, this is a bestbuy issue. It took about a month for me to finally get my money back after dozens of phone calls. So yeah, great laptop, AWFUL customer experience with Bestbuy.

This store located in coma, California.Not one of your best stores that i've used. Next time I will go directly to the apple store and get the same deal. Waiting for delivery where I should have signed for a very expensive system never happened different stories from several different staff members was extremely annoying.
