Second works great

The first one had to be returned within a week - one of the mouse pad keys broke. It's a little pain to back up etc., but the second laptop works with no problems. I also got a MS mouse - it's much easier to use. Overall, performance and features are better than expected. I'd recommend this for basic work stuff.

Great value

With the added office 365 on sale for $50 for a year it was a very good deal. Only thing missing was an internal disc drive which I'll be adding. You'll need an external power source if you're the type to work out and about for the entire day.

I don't play games . I don't down load anything and everything . I am very careful when I down load, even on my desk top.There are few programmes and games which are pre-installed . I uninstalled which ever I don't need. I think it made the computer faster
