The low price you can get at this small lap top with the large capacity for everything and everyone's, Easy to use and easy to work with. I recommend it to everyone.

Great support from best buy sales associate in helping to select the right laptop for my daughter who is in the medical field and is having to return to further education in order to qualify for better advancement in her field.

Nothing fancy. A very good entry level laptop. Good for browsing the web, word processing, and other things a standard user would use a laptop for. Not recommended for heavy use such as photo editing or heavy gaming.

Good value basic computer. Fits the purpose I bought it for which was video conferencing in a board room. Not enough capacity for a heavy gamer but that would require a more expensive machine with more capacity

Love this computer. Large size keys and very easy to operate. The light gold case is sleek and looks great. All of the different computers on the market can be overwhelming and I’m very happy with my choice.

I've used this laptop for six months now and have had no issues. It's very quiet, smooth, and has a nice quality feel to it. I use it to run DJ software with an entry level mixer and it holds up fine.

had this device for a year and a half for school and so far no complaints... love the SSD hard drive which boots almost immediately... my only qualm is the speaker is a little low

I got this laptop for my teen daughter. I never thought I’d get all this features for what I paid. It performs flawlessly. Good speed and huge storage. Definitely a Best Buy “Best Buy” jajajajaja :)

For the money, This laptop is everything I need and more. The only drawback is I wish the screen was more vivid. I knew this when I bought it and and is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

Loyal HP products person. Laptop was working great and died within eight months. I took it back to Best Buy and they repair it and I'm using it today, works great.

I am very pleased with the new HP Laptop that I purchased. I have been utilizing a chromebook for a few years. I was intimidated to go with a windows 10, but this computer is very user friendly.

I am personally more of an apple person but I got this computer for certain programs that only run in windows and I can't complain. So far the computer works very well and very smoothly.

I could not find the feeder for paper because the docs do not show it until I found the picture of my product online. It had to be on the first page of the paper coming with the printer.

I think this model is the ideal laptop for the starter student. It has enough speed an processing for basic computing. This model is not touch screen if you are into that kind of thing.

I purchased this laptop for my nieces to use for homework, and their educational games. It holds up very well with their day to day usage, and hasn’t lagged or slowed down with speed.

Had this computer for over 2 years and still works with no issues! Would highly recommend! Only issue is camera clarity but that is very minor.

operating system crashed after 2 weeks of problem free use.it would not boot up.got in touch with HP,and they guided me through installing a new windows 10.its working great again.

We got this laptop for our 10 year old daughter to use for homework, emails and google chat with friends. It actually seems to function better than our 1,200 iMac. We love this laptop.

This computer is great for school work and maybe some light gaming on it. I bought this for my wife at the beginning of the year and it hasn't let us down at all.

I purchase this to finish up a college degree. It serves its purpose well. No major issues, some programs run a little slow but nothing that it too terrible to deal with.
