This laptop has a lot of power for running multiple apps. It is lightweight, has good battery life, and thus a great travel laptop. The only downside is the 2 USB ports. I could certainly use a couple more. But otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase.

Laptop is just ok. Nothing to brag about. Start up is extremely slow and sometimes I have to restart it before it even turns on. Price was good but better to use more $$$ and get something better. No programs in it. Blah

Great laptop, it does what it needs to do to get you online. Would recommend getting i5 or i7, especially if speed matters to you. This laptop is a good starter laptop for kids.

I purchased this laptop when it was on sale for $349.99. The price was pretty good for a NEWLY 14 inch laptop with 1 TB Hard Drive storage with Intel Core I3 (8th Generation). Advantageous: Great for school works and documents stuff. This is not a laptop for gaming, but it works great for small gaming that does not require a lot of power. The fan is pretty okay, but not that loud. Disadvantageous: It will take time to start-up the system because its a HD (Not a SSD), so it suggests you should put it to "sleep" if you wish to turn it on immediately. Battery might be a problem in the future, but you may purchase another one by then after several years of uses. This laptop is weigh 4.03 lbs, so you must CAREFULLY carry it when you use one hand (unless you got a strong muscle). Lastly, the laptop can respond slow sometimes, so please don't get mad when it loads slow. Just be patient. After all, this is a decent laptop comes with 8GB Ram and Intel core i3 and Gold and Silver (makes you look rich). Ports: Sometimes you really need to backup your laptop system with an Ethernet port, if your Wifi is not working well with whatever your whatever company/school/public WiFi services. Two USB ports: 1st: Great to keep a teeny tiny USB Hard Driver with you for backup all the time. 2nd: For a Wireless Mouse, or whatever (Phone Charge). HDMI: You need it to connect with your TV or during your presentation.

I've always been a fan of hp. But after this purchase, I might have to reconsider my relationship with hp. Start up is real slow. Everytime I turn it on it takes at least 3 to 4 minutes to load everything up.

Initially this laptop was working great however after some time it gave up and we had to get it repaired. Not that durable that we initially thought it to be.

Good laptop for the price. Was annoyed with all the programs that were already in the software package I purchased and had to delete many of them. Just really wanted Microsoft Word.

Great laptop at a good price. Fast response and plenty of memory. I like the 1TB drive.

Needed a laptop for a good price. This one fit the bill There are some glitches as the keyboard jumps all over when I am trying to write.

Was very skeptical about buying a laptop without knowing much but am fairly comfortable with our decision.

It’s ok, serves the purpose for basic computer needs for my kids and school work. It is often a little slow to process but gets the job done.

Purchased for 9 year old to access school work. Good for accessing school portal for submitting assignments. Not a fan of Microsoft Office 10.

Still trying to understand its features and how it functions. I would recommend a friend to Best Buy, but not the particular type of computer
