I bought this computer for Christmas with warranty. The mouse broke. I brought it in and they did all the paperwork. They waited almost 3 months to tell me I had to replace it instead of just fix the mouse on the computer.

I used it for one weekend and already the letters on the keyboard were coming off...could barely run 2 applications, without it slowing down considerably. Had to return it.

This laptop seemed like a good purchase, but issues started coming up a week or so after we bought it. It seemed to be rebooting too much, worked much slower than expected and kept disconnecting from our network. Maybe it was because of the price of the laptop, but still worked more like an older laptop. Returned it and bought a Lenova instead. It seems to be working much better, but was also twice as expensive.

Horrible the left click on the touchpad broke and is loose the fan is noisy and can overheat just a bit.

Worked so good for the first few months. Now you have to give it a good 20-30 minutes to get started. Sssoo slow !

Core i3 is really slow for this computer. Got his product for basic word processing, and 1TB hard drive for storing my pictures. It thinks for a long time even for opening a word doc. My 6 year-older McBook Pro is faster than that. When my dad is getting a laptop, I told him not to go for a cheap one like this, cuz you get what you paid for.

It’s an ok laptop and cheap but mines broken with in of only having it for 3 months. So not worth the money

With the price its not good for hardware..henges got broken even by simple use

I believe that it has a lot to do with the windows 10 update. Trying to navigate from one browser to another was extremely slow even with the best internet connection. All I needed this computer for is to run my Quickbooks online and it took several minutes for basic functions to load., causing me to waste a lot of time.

It was a gift for Xmas. Ended up returning the laptop and getting an Apple instead.

Wish I would’ve bought a different one. Feels cheap too.

Horrible piece of junk. Restarts constantly. Shuts off constantly. Junk pure and simple. Save your money.

2 months after my purchase the hard drive crashed I took it in and they fixed it. It was fixed in April, now it's the end of June the power button is blinking it chirps every 15 seconds it won't turn on or off with a black screen. I'm over it what a piece of garbage.

I am not happy with this computer. It is extremely slow turning on and jumps between screens at the slightest touch. My 10 year old Sony ports up faster

Seemed like a great laptop when purchased. Used about 3 or 4 times and it crashed. Ran it to the pc laptop guys and they said the harddrive was toast

Stay away. This thing is functional enough just to run out on the return period. I have screen burns after a month of use. The intel I3 is slow

Bought this on Feb 14. Had screen issues on March 2 and return deadline date is March 1. Slow. Learned my lesson on bestbuy open box items

light use for web searching, didnt even download staff. but only 6 months its already not working properly and very slow reactions

Lags even when basic browsing. Soon as you add any programs from startup it starts slowing down
