It has a touchscreen which I have ended up using much more than I anticipated. The only issue is the camera quality, it is not bad though but just fine for your regular video meeting, You cannot expect it to be as good as those higher price animals. Generally it is very effective to do school work, send emails, watch videos. Not bad for the price.

Bought for my son and is a great addition to his life

This is my first chromebook so i want sure what to expect (it not being Microsoft), but functionally does everything i need it to do (web meetings, editing docs, video processing). Good size screen and battery life. Surprisingly happy with this laptop. The only noticeable product weakness is the speaker sound.

This laptop is amazing, beautiful touchscreen display and very easy to use, lightweight.

This has been a great investment for our preschooler who has to login to school virtually during Covid-19. We like that the screen is larger than what the school rents out. Easy to understand for her age as well with the touchscreen. Recommended for the price!

I don’t really know much about Chromebooks but this is functioning well so far. Way better than the Samsung chrome book I bought earlier this year that only lasted three months. Screen response to touch without issues. Great for the little ones for homework or in-home learning. Great for the sale price

Great touchscreen laptop,lightweight. Great battery time

Love the speed of the chromebook! I don't really do too much on mine which is fine. It works for what I do with it and does it quickly. The only downside I have found so far is that I cannot sinc it with my printer as it is an older model. Other than that I enjoy working on it and I love the touch screen. Definitely worth the price.

This Chromebook was purchased for our daughter who is in 7th grade. She has used it non stop and loves the touchscreen feature. It boots up very quickly and the battery lasts all day with constant use. The only con she has mentioned is that many of the games she plays appear as games for a mobile device and not for a full screen computer. Overall it was a great small computer at a great price.

The best thing I can say about this is that it has a very long battery life. The processor is decent and it's good for web surfing, blogging and viewing PDFs. The case feels flimsy, though nothing has broken in the 9 months I've had this. The screen is not glass but plastic and both the contrast and viewing angle on it are not that great. But for the price, it's a good machine!

Very nice Laptop for the price, I’m very happy with the product.

First, I am a diehard HP fan. lol If that's a thing. I was a little hesitant since it is a smaller laptop but it has been perfect for my 10 year old. She is able to be in all of her classes without issue, it's fast and she is able to navigate through as she needs. Plus, it's a touchscreen so that's an extra bonus!

Nice size Chromebook. Brought this for my elderly Mother who was having trouble using her laptop. With this I don't worry that she is going to get too much trouble i.e.: viruses. She only needed a browser to check her email and look at Facebook. Lightweight so it makes it easy to handle.

I bought a HP 2 in one chromebook for my wife for her BD. So I decided to buy this, less expensive HP Chromebook/laptop, for myself. First time I've ever used a chromebook. It's fantastic, I can use it like a regular laptop, with windows or, I can use the apps as on my android phone. Very happy with my purchase.

this is my first purchase on my new bestbuy credit account and i couldn't be happier. this dynamic Chromebook is just what i needed for using music apps and uploading much needed software. if your a pod-caster or a music lover who needs more storage room and are on the go then this is the one. not over-priced and not full of a bunch of stuff you don't need. this Chromebook is compatible with a huge variety of different downloadable software for Dj mixing, music studio mixing with a wealth of downloadable software and everything you need as a working pod-caster. For just a little over 300.00 i got everything i needed in one device. love it. btw the Google play app is part of this Chromebook so need to set up or download the app. you will need to download the individual apps within google play of course. It's quick easy ans fun. So before someone tries to sell you on getting a whole new upgrade with Mac (which is ridiculously overpriced) check out what best buy has in stock for chromebooks and laptops.

This is an excellent Chromebook and we have been very happy so far (4 weeks). The touch screen is handy, the book operates well and has good performance including graphics display. The only drawback is that its a google product and therefore deeply imbedded in the google system which means no privacy and no choices.

I had previously had a Chromebook for six years and liked it well enough to purchase another one. One feature I wanted was a touch screen. Going from the previous one to this one was seamless and find it very easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to perform day to day functions with ease.

I was unhappy that Google stopped servicing their older Chromebooks. I was an original purchaser when they first emerged in , as I recall, about 2011. However, I did decide to upgrade to a newer model. This one offered a lot of bang for the buck. The SD memory slot will take 64 gig, 128 gig, and/or 256 gig and this supplements the 32 gig on the computer itself. The quality of "casting" to Chromecast TV is unbelievably clear & good. The computer is fast and better still, when I close the lid and reopen my work or pending research is still there. I can print anything I want to archive to .pdf format. The VERY BEST FEATURE is the BATTERY LIFE. Far, far longer than you would guess -- 9 to 14 hours in my usage.

I enjoyed the feeling of this notebook it fast light and easy to use
