    Having a problem with the volume when I’m using Zoom, people are saying that I sound muffled or robotic!!! I tried adjusting it but it’s the same! Very disappointed that I can’t use the laptop for my zoom meetings!

    We had an okay experience. But wish we could’ve bought the same computer we had purchased prior. Best Buy No longer carried it. Thankful for the warranty coverage. Customer service through geek squad lacked in communication. My computer was there for over a month and never contacted me to tell me it wasn’t salvageable.
