    This laptop came very safely packaged with the laptop encased in a sturdy plastic air cushion that fit snug into the box to prevent it from sliding around and possibly being damaged during shipment (note: it did not come in original packaging, but that was fine by me)

    Computer works great but they failed to tell me the software expires in less than 4 years even though this is brand new and the normal term is 6 1/2 years. I feel cheated.
