Great Laptop... until the screen stopped working

The laptop had the right power and processor speed needed to search the internet. After about an hour of use the screen went blank and it couldn’t be turned on again. We could hear the audio but no more picture. Returned the chromebook and just recently bought a new laptop. Wanted to try something new but didn’t work out for us.

Santa is still real!

However, Sergio and Christian in the Middletown store came through at the last minute. They not only help to rectify the situation they helped my grandson hold on for one more year to the idea of Santa Claus. The one thing he asked for was able to be under the tree at the last minute hence looking like a delivery from Santa. Thank you Sergio and Christian
