I said I was surprised that this was not part of the package...so I purchased the software "key"...then learned when I got home that indeed my purchase did have security/malware/etc already installed. Ugh. I learned my lesson here and will question any future dealings with BB.

Santa is still real!

However, Sergio and Christian in the Middletown store came through at the last minute. They not only help to rectify the situation they helped my grandson hold on for one more year to the idea of Santa Claus. The one thing he asked for was able to be under the tree at the last minute hence looking like a delivery from Santa. Thank you Sergio and Christian
