They keep telling me by email to load a free anti virus but I don’t know anything about that program. I thought Chromebooks didn’t require that. It seems fast and I hope to get it figured out one of these days. I am trying to figure out how to make my pictures available

I love the touch screen feature

Sometimes my device will just just turn off and I’m not able to get it back on (and the battery isn’t dead). If instructions and support are on the device how can I get to it if my device will not come on? Also navigating the system & settings features aren’t too user friendly to someone that’s not of the younger generation. However, I’m still getting to learn my device so hopefully I can enjoy it too the fullest.
