Great chromebook for granddaughter

She hasn't experienced any problems as of yet but hasn't had it very long. We are under the geek squad plan so we know we are protected as we purchased the plan for three years. This gives her and us some security in the purchase. Our sales rep was very helpful and knew his stuff!

School use

I've only had my Chromebook for about 3 months but it won't turn on. My screen keeps flashing and I plan on contacting customer support because I believe it's the battery. I'll update my reply when/if the matter is resolved
