The computer itself is great. Cost friendly and slim. However, it keeps crashing every time I use it. I bought it to stream video and just every day use and I can’t even check my email without the thing crashing three or four time

I got this laptop for my fiance due to his old laptop finally dying after 10 years! He uses the laptop daily for recreational use (i.e. paying bills, seeking sport scores, etc.). He has had no issues. It does what he needs it to do. This is a good computer for school users as well.

Bought it for my son as a first computer-type device. He usese Chromebooks at school, so there was no learning curve. It does everything well enough, but nothing spectacularly - not particularly quick, but connects reliably and does the basics that he needs for middle school.

To soon to give an accurate assessment.Still learning to use a chromebook. The camera is a bit of a dissppointment.More will be revealed.It seemed like a good price.(black Friday)I wanted to buy a lower end unit to before spending more.

I bought this computer for school and it is the worst laptop i have ever used. Google Chrome crashes all the time for no apparent reason on websites I use all the time like Blackboard for school. The touchpad seems to have a mind of it's own and the cursor routinely moves in opposite directions from where you are trying to move it, and selects links or items i did not select oftentimes closing out my work so I have to remember to save every couple minutes so that i dont lose my work again. Also, the best buy associate who sold me this computer asked me if i would need microsoft 365 which I did so I bought that too. Come to find out it doesn't work on chromebook. LiteralIy the only good thing about this laptop is its long battery life but everything else about the laptop is so awful that it doesn't matter. Oh and whoever decided that it was a good idea to put the power off key directly above the backspace key making it inevitable that you will accidentally turn the computer off when you actually just want to backspace something. I wish I could return it but I'm afraid that it is too late.

It works well for daily use such as emails and typing documents. Not the best sound quality but it is a cheap laptop so that’s understandable. Overall if you just need some thing for daily activities you should be good.

This laptop does everything I need it to do . I use it for work and it’s perfect .only downside it doesn’t connect to an Ethernet cord . I wish I known that before buying and it was too late to exchange when I noticed .

For the price it is a very capable device. Personally I use it as a media consumption device and light duty use while sitting in bed. The screen resolution is not full HD so feels cramped compared to my PC or earlier Chromebook.

My two cents worth: It is very good little chrome book that we use for online school. Works great and not slow. BUT our online school uses Blackboard collaborate for class connect classes and then our little chrome book becomes useless. Maybe this will help someone as I usually don’t write reviews.

Staff was pivotal in working through the options to get me to the actual computer which I wanted for the type of use I had in mind for this unit. Thanks for guiding me to the HP 14" Chromebook.

It’s not bad. But it’s not great. The touch screen is nice. If your just using it for the internet it’s a great choice.

its OK, got this chromebook to use during an extended stay hotel and all the libraries were shut down because people are afraid of contracting the virus, so it is not as good as a desktop but is OK for checking email, etc

If you are looking for a great beginner computer this is your go to grab!! There are no function keys, delete button, capslock, num lock, or number keypad so keep that in mind if you are needing those!

Very happy with the item, popular item, glad I got one! Was alil hard to get this item as everyone is buying up everything per the pandemic going on and kids being home. Next time I will buy one with better resolution

Exactly what my 3rd grade daughter needs for home schooling. Stop sendingbyiur jids to government ran schools. All they care aboit is the vaccine and indoctrinating your child with BS propaganda

My first Chromebook and I like it very much. Other than I wish it had backlit keys and wish I could get to my Google photos from the fe explorer it is very handy for just piping on the internet and checking emails.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. It has gone above and beyond what she was needing it for (High school work). it hasnt left her side, she uses it for every thing

This was a great option for a user that needed to work from home for a while but does not normally have a need for a work laptop. Can connect to vpn and use remote desktop for work that the Chrome book cannot do.

Very pleased with my purchase and the person who waited on me was very helpful. This type of computer was shown on TV by Clark Howard to be ideal for someone who doesn't use a computer very much. This computer is easy to use and light weight for my case.
