Granddaughter loved it . Christmas Day she used it continually all day. It was purchased for her remote school Zoom classroom. She really liked the Touch-screen option, making it easier to use.

A very easy to use computer free of interference with any other computers. Lightweight and easy to carry. Starting it up I had problems and the Geek Squad was most helpful in getting me set up.

Works okay for low to moderate type activity. But don't expect a power horse. It is worth for the price paid. Clean chromebook, it definitely has its uses.

This is a great "book" for games and such. For some apps it is read as a mobile phone and will say to get on a desk top. It is a good computer, but I will not be purchasing another Chromebook LOL

Worked fine for 2 years and then just stopped working. To be expected with a lot of chrome books but a little disappointing for the money.

This was purchased for virtual kindergarten. It’s worked well for our soon. The touch screen option is great!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dependable, budget friendly chromebook.

I would definitely say this item was a bit overpriced but it works really well... I haven’t had any issues with the computer itself as of yet. The charger did stop working but Best Buy ordered me a new one free of charge...

This is my daughter's computer. Most all of her usage is cloud based or streaming. She doesn't do any hardcore computing on the laptop itself. I do not think it would hold up to my computing needs, but she absolutely loves it.

Very handy. Everything you need in one. This small of does the trick. I was especially impressed at the response time. I like that it doesn’t heat up even with heavy use.

I’m going back to school in a few months and I was in need of a new laptop. I did plenty of research and found this was my best option for budget and quality. It’s perfect so far!

Good basic chromebook for our 6 yr old in school. Far better than what the school supplies. Slow processor BUT gets good connection to Google classroom, etc. Good resolution

I wanted something cheap for college but should have spent more for a basic laptop. This chromebook is glitchy, slow, freezes constantly and I have to shut down and it takes forever to turn back on. That is the only solution which is a pain because it's a waste of time. The more apps that are open, the slower is gets.

I needed a laptop to do miscellanous day to day things. The HP- 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook does everything I need it to do and at a reasonable price.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for school. So far this has been a great laptop. She has used it daily for school and personal use and loves it.

I love the laptop!! My problem is why offer a anti virus subscription for 3 months free which is awesome but wasn't compatible to use at all with the laptop I purchased.

Solid entry level chromebook. Got it on sale an no major complaints. Battery doesnt seem as great as other chromebooks but still well worth the money.

Bought this laptop for my daughter for school and it has really helped her. Not having a laptop in school these days makes it really hard to complete the assignments.

It’s a good product, I just don’t understand why the keyboard doesn’t has the capital letter key, instead of this is a search key. But anyway it’s a good product and satisfying my needs.

So far so good. No immediate problem yet. Although a little miffed about not allowing for a printer plug-in. Thankfully, the printer is able y do it wirelessly.

Works just as advertised. If you don't need full laptop functions, this is a very affordable alternative.
