The Chromebook was not compatible with the Drake tax software so I gave it to my daughter. It works great for homework and eLearning.

This HP-14" Touch Screen Chromebook was purchased for my then 1st grader. It was used for school and play work. Seven months later (June 2021) no sound was coming from the Chromebook. I went to the hp website for help to troubleshoot the no sound issue which did not resolve the problem. So, I search on You Tube for hours to find and correct the no sound issue with the Chromebook. After hours of research I wasn't able to fix the no sound issue. A few days later I took the Chromebook to a local computer/Chromebook repair business. I was informed that it may be the sound card that when bad. I authorized the computer repair shop to replace the sound card if that was the issue. I returned a day later to the local computer shop to retrieve my hopefully repaired child's Chromebook. The repair technician informed me that it was the main circuit board and that he was unable to repair it. I leave the computer repair shop frustrated with a Chromebook that still does't have sound coming from it. Really Hewlett-Packard! This 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook didn't even make it a year before the sound went completely out on it.

So far this laptop seems to being working good. I love the touch screen. But it does take a little time to get use to it, when all that I have used is the large table top.

Bought for student at student discount. Not bad for price. Touch screen and good sound. Although at 7 months old there appears to be two to three white dots on the screen.

I needed a laptop to run my Christmas lights and that's it. But I didn't want to spend a fortune since it would be used a few months out of the years

I luv this chrome book. Its very dependable, expensive looking and capable of handling your daily school and work business. Im learning more everyday about it.

Didn't use it for long to give a detailed review but setup and ease of use are ready easy. My 5-year-old is able to login into his class without any assistance.

It works totally fine. Greeat for could based work because of small storage capacity. The screen is the only part that is poor quality. The colors are not very good.

I bought this Chromebook so that I can surf the web and watch tv at the same time. It's great for that. I use it for everything. It works well, no problems. I love it!

I ordered 2. One for our granddaughter and one for our grandson. They just opened tonight and went crazy. I would like to review again once they are set up and have been used.

Great product as a gift for a less-than tech- savvy family member. The loved the chrome OS as their primary use for a computer is web browsing and email. Great price point!

I really wanted a screen that wasn't touchless. This one is and after about a month, I still have not used this feature. The one I wanted at the store was not available. Bummer.

I bought this for my son to take to a summer climate school. He loves it and says it works great. The display is clear, and so far, he has had no problems.

This is for my son school homework. I don't need to borrow from the school teacher at least he has his own chrome book to use whenever every time anytime.

The chromebook was purchased as a gift for my grandson. He is thrilled with it. The laptop appeared to be relatively easy to use and will be very helpful in his school studies.

Needed a laptop for printing pictures and stuff. I figured I would try a Chromebook out. I love it so far. I feel like the screen could be better, but I realize the computer was only $300. So everything is great!

Happy customer ! HP ease of use, setup was easy right out of the box ! i give five stars to Best buy there friendliness honesty and knowledge HP was the right choice !

We bought the chrome for my wife. She helps with EAP program at her work and she is able to save documents and websites that were "eating" up her memory on her phone. She loves it and it's not heavy.
