Not too bad. I don’t however like the way I try to download the programs that came with it. The code seems to be missing parts. I don’t think I’ll buy another.

This is a good computer. It is prices well and does all that I need it to do. I purchased this as a gift for someone with a need to keep the tech simple. The touch screen is nice.

Best Buy is terrible...they won't last long sofind a place to buy your electronics. makes you feel like you are visiting a prison when you go there. The sales people don't know what they are doing and have you noticed that they are always out of the item that is priced the lowest so they can upsale you...Karma is coming. They offered me points to complete this review...you can keep your points as I will never get a chance to sue them at your store as it will be gone soon.

My daughter's other chromebook stopped working all of a sudden. Purchased this one as a replacement. A lot better quality then her Acer.

It is a great computer to do basic things like emails, docs, videos and simple games. Audio is good, but not the best, material feels sturdy.

Very pleased with the product. The description of the capabilities were on point. I purchased two. One was a gift. She loves it!!!!

This can be good for the basics and does have the handy touch screen which can be a plus.

9 months later and it won't turn on. Was working fine one day, and the next day-- nothing. It was a good little computer before it crapped out. It worked well for what we needed it for -- Zoom/Teams for school and church, internet browsing, and Roblox. This is a case of "You get what you pay for" and since we only paid $300ish, I guess 9 months is what you get.

Got this chrome book for watching videos, word processing, emails and browsing the internet. So far it's been great. The only negative has been that Netflix is not as clear as it should be.

Got this for my little girl to online school and do a little gaming. Nice laptop for that purpose. Small and compact.

I tried 3" other Chromebooks. 11.6", 15.6" and 14". This was the best if all the choices. Others were too small or too big. This had touchscreen and 14" seems big enough. I would buy it again!

A little frustrated with the way MS Office runs on an application based system but other than that, it's a good product and the price was right.

This Chromebook is fantastic! It has a touchscreen, smooth keyboard, and the price was awesome! It was on sale when I bought it.

I bought this laptop for my personal use because my grandkids had to use the other laptops for school. It works great and I love the free security for it.

Convenient and cheap. It gets the job done. I only paid $219 and it came with bluetooth so I can hookup a wireless mouse and keyboard.

Great computer for my 9 year old for doing class and home work. Good enough to keep up with streaming classes and playing videos.

I am having slight problems with the learning curve for Chrome. Using Windows and FireFox on desk top. Some things I like better about each system.

Good quality item for school. I purchase 4-5 each year for a private school that doesn’t have much money. I only buy from Best Buy
