This was a chromebook, no one mentioned that it is actually not a computer in the normal sense and only works off the internet so no internet, no work....

I purchased this laptop for my son to do his homework on for school.. He was on able to do his homework on see saw.. I had to return and get another laptop windows 10

Needed a simple laptop for my son’s schooling from home. This isn’t the best laptop, and the quality isn’t the best, but it gets the job done.

I bought for use of going to an online school. I sadly tried using a chromebook instead of a computer. That was a big NO! I couldn't do many things in class that was needed. I read that my tech school would work with one. However I had to return because it didn't download pdf the teacher had online for us. Also, it is good for a extra or secondary item to do work on when moving around house. But DO NOT BUY for primary use. Was a bit slow and laggy. Was not completely happy with the performance

I was told after my purchase that this was basically a tablet with a keyboard. I payed almost $200 for insurance and they tell me that it would be able to protect it.

It works OK but I would have preferred that a refurbished item would have the latest Chrome OS loaded as part of the refurbishing process, and that was not the case.

Good budget chrome book, my only complaint is the poor screen quality. Field of view is very small for such a large screen and it hurts the overall experience.

It’s a basic cheap Chromebook that was on sale for Black Friday. Good starter laptop for the kids

Still need some love on the OS side. FB App is hard to operate but does work fine in a web browser.. but for the price I am not rushing to return it ether.

Nice laptop works great very good internet reception only problem the keys are too small too close together not practical for someone with big hands

It was great at first got it all set up for school work love the touch screen but then it crashed and crashed and crashed again I even took it in to get fixed and even after that it crashed again and again looked it up on Google and I guess the Chromebook is known for its crashing. I will be taking it back to hopefully exchange it for a different computer

dont buy this and stay away from it. every sucked and very laggy

It's a great computer, except the only thing I really don't like about it is not having a HDMI port

This is going to be a short and sweet review. The HP was a nice, stylish, light, and eminently usable Chromebook... when it worked. Unfortunately, it didn't work all too often. I have no idea if it was just a faulty unit or what but it would shut down and lose all of the settings while in the middle of doing something. It was doing almost a full reset multiple times a day. Needless to say, it went back to the store and I purchased another Chromebook which has worked beautifully. It is a nice system if you can get a stable one.

I didn’t too much like this chrome book. It was okay but it wasn’t compatible to my printer. But other than that it was alright.

Brand new wouldnt charge the charger was broken had to use my charger for phone very slow and not to many features

I love the computer I bought but they didn’t give me a warranty They’re always very friendly at Best Buy and very helpful

it's good for a student to do remote learning but the trackpad is garbage and annoying. I recommend you get an external mouse for this.

First time I buy a laptop with this operating system and I didn't like it. I found it very small and doesn't have the del key.

My younger sister has this and she’s loving it . I didn’t know chrome books came with their own anti virus installed
