I bought as a Chistmas for my mother so that she could check her emails and social media. After less 12 months it just stopped working. There were no error messages, no warning. The screen went black and the device simply won't turn on. It was good while it lasted but I exepcted more from this brand.

Should have upgraded and bought a little bit of a better computer. Not too familiar with Chromebook but does not support Java.

much slower than what I expected. Not what I was looking for. specially after coming from mac.

we had to exchange for different Chromebook. Didn’t even take it out the box or out of the store.

Problem with keys sticking, and sometimes doesn’t power off when you hit the shutdown button

Not impressed with this Chromebook. Definetely prefer an HP. Not as user friendly as others.

I personally feel that this is an over prices tablet with a permanent keyboard attached that does not even allow you to have things on the main screen/page, I found a nearly impossible to hook up my external hard drive upload pictures just to the internet to share old pictures with family, it was also impossible to hook up to printer scanner to upload old photos and put them the external memory

Description said it has a touchscreen. It does not.

Was not overly fond of touch controls, might be fine for someone else.

Two weeks later returned it back because it stopped working and kept heating up.

Not a bad choice since I only need it for daily simple work and entertainments.

The Chromebook worked great until it suddenly started having serious video output issues, rendering it useless. Up to that point though, it was one of the better Chromebooks I've ever used. Too bad.

Not the best thought it did more than it does.. it’sok for a teenager

Screen is too small for my husband to use it. Unfortunately he will be returning it.

Not a fan of these but got it for online school. Didn’t know they had expiration dates based on first release of that model until I already started using it so for what I paid it doesn’t really equal a good deal considering I’ll only get a couple years out of it before it’s rendered useless and not updatable.
