It has worked fine, usually. Occasionally, the computer freezes up and needs to be restarted. I thought this would be rare on a chromebook. May return if this keeps up.

I figured out quickly that I don't like Chromebooks or the operating systems. Too much of a learning curve from Microsoft. May be a good produce but it is not for me. Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop.

I use it only as a school laptop for writing papers but even that is nearly too strenuous for this product. Would not recommend if you want something to last longer than six months

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had taking this back To the store because I couldn't get it on the Internet I took it to the Geek Squad to get repaired then they lost it and so they can't find it your record said that I returned it but I didn't return I took it to the geeks while I took it to the Geek Squad to get repairs nowhere can I find a return receipt where I was refunded my money I'm trying to have someone contact me to resolve this issue but everyone keeps giving me the run around on where were who I have to talk to If somebody could contact me I would greatly appreciate when they're through this app or another app
