This laptop will not load the Google Suites that I need (which I guess is a known issue). I have tried multiple times to get help from the store, and from the online people. Now it is past the return policy, so they won't help me with a refund. I paid good money for a laptop that I cannot use for the intended purpose. Won't buy from Bestbuy again.

We bought this for online school for my son and he was only able to use it for about 4 weeks. While he was working on it the screen went haywire and turned into a plaid design, covering everything. After lengthy calls to HP customer service they sent a box to return for repair. Just received an email saying they won't cover it and we damaged it - we did NOT. They want $400 to repair. I will never purchase another HP product.

I got another laptop exactly like the one that they refunded the first time and the second one that's exactly the same did the exact same thing the batteries are no good

I tried to return it but the lines at Best Buy are so long it is not worth the effort. It was very inexpensive and the lesson is you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPUTER!!!

The ONLY thing I bought it to do is surf the web, but it ALWAYS either (1) can’t connect to my wi-fi even though other devices connect easily, or (2) it can’t hold a connection to my wi-fi for more than a few seconds! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
