Microphone does not work and picks up too much static. Tried troubleshooting and no solution. I made the mistake of not buying insurance. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT!!!

Best buy said to reach out to the manufacturer about a warranty. They were absolutely no help as well. Nobody has helped me resolve this issue. The keyboard should not of stopped working after two years.

Im going to pursue manufacture warranty if i ever locate my receipt. Best buys return policy ended 1 month after purchase. Very disappointed

I need my second grader to be able to write with the stylus on the screen. After many searches and trying 3 types of stylus, nothing worked and writing was skipping. Returning this and getting a computer that will hopefully do what we need.

Wont connect to home wifi anymore or wifi at my school. No virus or nothing just cheap. If it does connect to wifi then it works very slow but shows a strong connection.

I can't even get it to turn on and when I do it gives me a screen that bleak on and off. When I reset it the chromebook tells me I need a recovery USB stick or sd card. I'm very disappointed. It is s gift for my daughter and she can't even use it.

The computer will just turn itself off in the middle of doing important emails and then it’ll turn back on. Now it won’t even turn on. I work for a bank and I need to be able to access my email and this computer obviously can not do that for me.

After update, it seemed to work, but then wifi just stopped working. After a hard reset and powerwash, half of the keys don't work but the Wi-Fi seems to be back. Only it does no good because I can't log in.
