The computer is adequate but hard to integrate into preexisting networks

This computer was really slow and very hard to operate. I'm not sure if it was within the hardware itself because I usually don't have problems with HP products but I won't purchase an HP Chromebook like this again.

I bought 2 of these..... the 1st 1 only lasted a couple hours be fore it wouldn’t turn back on, and the second 1 seems to be working fine but the screen has gone blank a few times for no apparent reason. Will be returning both! Do not recommend

This thing started flickering and not charging at 11 months and 2 weeks. Bought an extended warranty and sent back to HP. In all, 3 times back to HP over 18 months, to fix the same issue and now it doesn't work again. This time I'm trashing it.

I enjoyed this laptop, however it broke after a year and a half. Never left the house with my laptop always was in my bed or desk. Brought it to my IT guys at work and they said the mother board died.

Makes noises like it's going to die on me. Dont like the touchpad. Delete key??? Salesperson said I cld put Microsoft office on it, but it won't load. Very disappointed with product. I was out of town and couldn't return within the 14 or 15 day period so I'm stuck with it.

Haven’t had this 6 months and we’ve sent it for repair twice already. Maybe used it a total of 2 hours total. First time the battery was replaced. In the repair presently so don’t know problem yet but probably battery again. Won’t power up and won’t take a charge.

This computer is nice but it operates way too slow

Prefect device for everyday use! Especially school age children! Battery life is great, book opens to flat surface.

I wouldn’t buy not good doe college students . You can’t download lockdown browser. The camera don’t work . When you download games some don’t even work . I wouldn’t recommend getting this for work or school. I let my 5year old use it for YouTube

On day 34, it stopped charging. No lights, no fan, no nothing. The very nice Geek Squad guy said they could send it to HP since it was still under warranty, but I think I can manage that on my own.

Apparently you can't even run Zoom meetings on it, so we couldn't use for school. It died about a year after purchase. Completely.

This chrome book was not a good purchase for my son . Who is being home schooled. I open up the chrome book one day and the next morning we got all kinds of error messages.

Quite possibly the worst keyboard I have ever used. Sent it back to HP twice for warranty repair and the replacement parts failed just like the originals did.

Garbage Laptop, have constant connection issues with zoom and every website i use. This is the worst laptop I've ever owned. My Macbook Pro from 2012 runs better than this garbage. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got the tablet home and the screen kept flickering off and off. I had to return it the same day where it was confirmed by Best Buy staff to be faulty. I’ve had terrible luck with HP products and would not recommend wasting your time.

Horrible. Literally have had this for a few hours and continues to not turn on and once it does, we get error messages. Also google play will not launch properly. This will be returned tomorrow

This is BY FAR the Biggest Piece of Junk in Electronics....HP ought to be ashamed of themselves!....Go ahead, Buy It...and You will be Doing What I’m doing...Taking it Back the Next Day....

The screen goes black and then flashes streaks of color. Very disappointed that we are having issues with this device when it is a month old.

far too slow, extremely slow. totally non-acceptable. very poor display. my old pentium laptop runs Windows faster . too confident in Chrome that I didn't check out the computer until it was too late to return for a refund.
