I love being able to be up and running and surfing the web in a matter of seconds. Started using Google Docs and Sheets and am pleasantly surprised with their usuability. The fact that Android apps are available via Google Play makes this even more compelling (and familiar, since I have an Android phone). I had a glitch trying to redeem the 100 GB of Google Drive space, but I was able to resolve it by contacting Google support. This is a great value, especially when it's on sale.
