    Purchased for my gf for Hannukah. She opened it- charged it... never worked. Returned it. Cheap computers = cheap results. I’ll stick with my Apple computers.

    This is a very slow and unresponsive tablet not laptop ugh I’m so disappointed and I might not ever get a HP again!

    The system has an issue with the software. I call up the store and am told it’s not covered under warranty even though it’s less than a month old.

    Watch what you buy online from bestbuy. The computer I paid for shut down on me the same day I recieved it.
