Junk laptop, had to trade it in for a different model.

Item arrived inop. Shutoffs off when off the charger.

Didn’t even last 1 year, screen jumps all over the place

Great product for the price. Used for school homework for elementary school and middle school student.

To really optimize the android app experience you need a touch screen. Overall you also need at least a 14 in. screen to not feel squeezed in your visual workspace so this is perfect size too. I also like the exterior color scheme althogh others like a shiny metalic finish for aesthetic purposes. I have only two minor cons and that is the screen is somewhat lacking in vivid colors and it has only a micro SD slot whereas I prefer the full size one but both of these are minor compared to the price which is the best for all these features that optimize the android and chrome browser extentions that this device offers. You will not be sorry you got this chromebook is your appreciate a balanced and value oriented price.

So much bang for your buck!! 5 years and still amazing performance!!

This chromebook doesn't have the lag and jitter that my Samsung had. The screen size is just about right size and it is very light weight. I bought a 14" sleeve and I can't tell whether the chromebook is in the sleeve or not. The touchscreen is super useful when you have to quickly click on some link in a page. Higher memory also helps while working with multiple apps. There isn't any negatives (at least yet) for me to say here. The price, the amount of memory, processor, size and design are a nice balance and made it just right for me.

Love this computer. I wish I would have gotten the warranty so that way when I found yesterday it was stolen I could get a replacement. But one of the Greatest computers I've had

First to say I have never before used chromebook. I used and played with windows, mac, and linux for last 25+ years.I bought as an open box for 129 with taxes just to see what it is about and when I finish to give to my niece for school work. When we went to pick up they said that they did not have it anymore so they gave me new . Price is right for sure. When I started to set it up I had issues with the passing the point of WiFi and I got scared that it will be 'one of those things' . But I was able to get in as an guest, went in setting and disabled the chrome setting for keeping me 'out of dangerous sites' which included google ?!!! duh! So anyway, I signed in, downloaded some of the apps. I saw that ZOom app was not available (compatible) with this computer but I was able to get it run and going through old fashion browser. So it is working. I also easily sincked everything. It has around 8-9 hrs of battery. Looks nice , light and sleek. For the money , it is run and grab !!!

great for a simple laptop to check email and browse the internet

This is a replacement laptop for my Grandson. He's been quite tough on his tech, but Best Buy has taken care of his repairs and kept me informed as to what was needed right up to this replacement unit.

This laptop is amazing, there was a slight learning curve since i'm Apple person, but I didn't want to spend the money on a Macbook and i'm so glad I was able to save so much money by investing in this. The battery life is amazing, and I love being able to download the same apps I use on my phone. I love it!!!

My daughter wanted for Christmas a new Chromebook. I did some research and decided to look in a touchscreen for her. She loves being hands on, she is 13. She has had a Chromebook before for school but didn't like the acer. I have always liked he either a Samsung or the HP. Only difference was the HP is touch and the Samsung isn’t. I have a AS in computer networking so I do a hard research on any computer equipment. Also if your in the market I suggest getting a 4gb or higher with a Chromebook. As a 2GB or under you can’t upgrade the memory. Also I knew she would fall in love with this, as it is also a Google OS. This has everything she was looking for in a Chromebook. It has a nice 14in screen size. Also has a nice 32gb flash memory. Intel a great processor compared to AMD. We got this for a outstanding deal for $149 on Black Friday.

Not has been great for my husband as his work computer.

Very good overall. It works perfectly and great battery life for such a big screen. The downfalls are the fact that it doesn't have HDMI technology, a small micro SD card slot and not a full one, but that's okay too, because it's meant to be put in and left in all the time, and the screen resolution isn't the best in low light areas. But, it works great for the money, very fast, reliable and good keyboard. With a Chromebook, you never really get into big projects anyway. I can use my Chromebook 90% of the time and no worries.
