This chromebook doesn't hold a charge and the speakers are extremely distorted at times. - it's not just the sound of whatever we're watching as it's fine on our other chromebook. The charge thing is extremely frustrating and this means we can't use it without being plugged in for any period and when it's turned off when it's fully charged, it loses the charge. I would never buy this chromebook again

I bought this as a Christmas gift. I have had to purchase a charger three times. In the times of a pandemic you can't simply walk in a brick and mortar store and purchase things. The shelves are still semi-bare. I know someone with the same Chromebook and he has the same problem. If you get this item, it better be a back-up to the back-up. It is motivating me to purchase a Ipad.

No hdmi port... seriously??! I bought this for school over a bunch of others bc of its medium screen size only to find out they were too cheap or lazy to put in a simple hdmi port. WHY THOUGH.

Wish I knew about my sisters dying before i purchased.. Had it 3 months before it randomly somehow lost the chrome, which loses everything on the computer. It was sent out and unfixable and I literally did nothing to it. Had a case no damage nothing. Can't download Microsoft at all not even the app. Also can't use a lot of things I needed for online schooling because the school ran off everything this computer couldn't download because it was built for a pc and this is not a pc or a Mac. Its nothing but inconvenience. Also a warning. Google photos doesn't back up everything even though it says it is. I backed up my new phone and lost three months worth of pictures. Anything Google is unreliable

After a simple and straightforward setup process, Google started showing bot alerts when I tried to search anything on the web. When using this Chromebook, it was convinced that I was a bot and had to answer RECAPTCHAs in order to use google.com. I could recreate this problem easily on any network I connected my Chromebook to, but could not recreate it using the same Google account on other computers on those same networks. With Google search capabilities limited, this Chromebook became worthless. It is hard to recommend a device with a single point of failure.

It doesn't have a blue ray player(cd rom). It doesn't let me hook up to WiFi, or extra way to store my work.

It just stopped turning on or taking power, after further looking into it seems this is a common issue with chrome books as a whole. But none of the usual ailments solved this issue to find that the motherboard itself went bad just after over a month of use. I build and fix various computers and this is this first product I have experienced to come across this issue.

The product works with Google Play software programs and does not have a File Explorer program that will save all files. Each document must be emailed to a different device or to your Gmail account to be downloaded from the cloud. Offline work is impossible because the documents are saved through a cloud. The Chromebook is a low-quality smartphone in the shape of a laptop, which was a problem for me because I use a flash drive for documents.

This thing stopped working 17 days after I got it. Two days too late to return to BEST BUY! Now I have to send it to HP and wait for them to fix it if they can. 180.00 and I have to wait. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. NEVER BUY AN HP CHROME> BUY A LENOVO. My last one Ive had for over 5 years. Why not send me another?

This laptop is not worth the price. Right out of the box it crashed. Now it might turn on if I'm lucky, usually takes about half an hour of trying to boot it even though it has full battery.

I do not have this it was making a noise when you picked it up something was broke or loose inside so I returned it.

Lasted a month. It had a big or something in it. Definitely wouldn't recommend
