I purchased this mainly for school but my son also uses it to play games. It is fast and has a long lasting battery.

Given the recent events, I purchased this Chromebook for my child school work. Very nice Chromebook and great value at this price point. Decent screen, sound and functions. Long battery life and my daughter is very happy with it. Perfect for school work or light home use. No performance issues to report and very easy setup right out of the box.

I wasn’t sure he would be able to use it effectively. He gets frustrated easily with electronics. He pretty much jumped right on it after our daughter set it up for him and uses it daily. Occasionally he loses the internet and can’t figure out how to get back on. Our 12 year old grandson gets him right back on!. He has 2 or 3 apps he uses. Pinterest for one. He loves the wood crafts. It’s a great way for an 81 year old man to entertain himself when he is not well enough to get into his workshop.

Using for high school student. Light weight is a plus. Loaded with Google is a plus. Fast. Won't connect to current WiFi printer.

Bought it for a grandchild who participates in remote learning due to COVID, It's a great value. I prefer Chromebook over regular PCs because they boot faster, are easier to use, easier and faster to update, and very reliable. If you don't need resident applications that require a PC to run then Chromebooks are a great option. My partner and I both use Chromebooks. Will never return to the PC.

I love how light the Chromebook is. After turning it on and signing into my Google account, it automatically asked if I wanted to install app that are installed in my phone. Another cool feature is that you get to link your phone messages to the laptop. It also has fast navigation which is incredible! Overall, it's a great chromebook for any college student, like myself, and/or if you want purchase for business/office.

Pretty darn good for what it is. Chrome OS is a pile, but hey, touch screen kind of makes up for it.

I got this for my wife. I bought one for my daughter. I loved it and bought me one and LOVE IT!!! So I bought my wife one...Both of theirs has a touch screen. Mine does not...It was everything I could do to stop myself from sneaking mine in the box of the new one and taking the touch screen Chromebook for myself. I know, bad husband. But I did not do it and I'm better for it!!!

As described. If you're looking for a high end chromebook, this isn't for you. But it does what it's supposed to do. Purchased for my 9 yo for remote learning at school and works great for that.. He can have a video call running along with several tabs and there no lag. Screen resolution isn't great, but for the price paid, definitely worth it.. Note that I did get it at the BF price, so at that price point it's a great deal..
