I was very impressed of how fast this computer boots up and has an impressive battery life. I have been using it for my kids school and it has been great. The only thing I do not care for is the viewing angles. Unless you are looking straight on it is a little harder to see the screen. But overall I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a great little computer for online learning, browsing the web, email, and watching videos. We purchased this for my middle-school aged daughter for school. When she had in-person classes, it was easy for her to carry back and forth to school in her backpack. Now that her school has moved to all e-learning, she can easily connect to Google Classroom and Zoom meetings to complete her work.

So far, it's performing as I expected. I love the fact that it has a touchscreen. And it's fairly lightweight as well.

Im in love with my new TOUCH SCREEN Chromebook! The cashier that helped me was very knowledgeable in knowing what would fit my families needs based off the little that I told her. I purchased the open box one and got the discount. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase since my other laptop aka dinosaur is really out of date. Thanks again best buy for the connect!

My 12 year old daughter loves it! She was used to working with one in school, so this has been easy for her to maneuver. I like that she needs my permission/password to download games / apps to the computer and I'm notified after it's been downloaded just in case it wasn't me entering the password - very safe. Have only had it for a few weeks, but it's worked well!
