Great little Chromebook to keep on my kitchen table to read my online newspaper. Also good to use to shop and pay bills. Charges up fast and last for a long time between charges. Very pleased with it and the price was right. Like it very much.

It's a decent Chromebook and does everything it should. But, it has a touchscreen and sadly can't fold back on itself and act like a tablet(kinda knew this prior to purchase, just a bit of a downer). Just wish it had the ability to be less laptop like and more tablet like. Wife likes it anyway.

I bought this for my gf after she started getting jealous of my beast of a gaming rig. As far as I know Chrome OS runs fine on it. She is happy with the “speed” and the simplicity of it all. When this kicks the can I can buy 15 more before I catch up to what I’ve spent on my rig.

We bought this for our granddaughter who is 12. Her dad has extensive IT experience and felt this would be a good one to start with since it has limited storage and can be monitored easily on the internet to keep her safe from trolls and such. She loves it and so does he. Great buy!!!

Going into best buy, I was very excited to purchase my new chromebook! I went and looked at all the styles, until I choose the perfect one. Not only was It a great price, it is a very great quality chromebook! I definitely recommend this chromebook to anyone looking for a new one!

As a computer technician, I am very pleased with this product. I originally purchased this item for its price and to have something to bring outside to my backyard. Everything about this product is awesome. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing device with extremely long battery life. After using a MS laptop for over 20 years, I am considering a move to only a chrome book. Great unit. Best Buy sent immediately and all has been great. Thanks!!

So far, no issues. I am able to do what I need to with it. Haven’t really put it to the test yet for anything beyond my basic needs, but I’m mostly using it for basic stuff anyway - email, web searches, streaming.

Love this Chromebook and I love that it's touch screen. It does everything I needed to do for a personal computer. And at the price point it's at it's a steal.

This is a great laptop. It worked well for my step son to help him get through the school year. It's touch screen. And hasn't given us any problems since got it over a year ago.

I purchased 2 of these for my boys (grades 4 and 7) to begin the new virtual school year. So far, they have been great. My boys login to all their zoom classes with no problem and work on all their google docs with ease. I would purchase again.

This chromebook is amazing I love it and I use it a lot it has helped me in so many things I wouldn’t change it for anything. I take my chromebook everywhere it never leaves my side i love this product a lot.

I was talked into buying a chromebook over a low model laptop. This one was the "latest and greatest" just came out this week one. Not sure I'm sold on the Chromebook, but that's my problem not the Chromebooks problem. I knew the limitations before purchasing. This thing is a year old and is as fast as it was the day i brought it home. It's great for what it is. Only issue is the device reboots randomly and I haven't been able to figure it out. At first I researched it but couldn't figure it out. I wiped it, updated it, but not sute what it is. I'm guessing it's a driver issue, but it reboots so quick I don't mind.

My kids use Chromebooks at school so we thought it would be good to have a few at home - and now that we are stuck at home in this heath crisis and they are doing remote learning they are a God send! My kids like the touchscreen capability in this as well.

This is exactly what we were looking for! Its a great product for our 10yr old's first computer. Its easy to use, versatile, and stylish. We're very happy with our purchase! Only downfall is that it is slower than anticipated.

It came out of the box ready to use and has never disappointed me. I assumed i would spend a day setting it up, charging the battery, settings, passwords, etc. Instead I turned it on and was able to start right in.

Nice little notebook. I got this for my Mother and it was all she needed to do her simple on line actions (facebook, shopping, etc.). It was easy to set up and transfer her google account info over as well.

I'm still learning how to use some of the things this Chromebook has. It is just the right size screen that I wanted. It seems to be a little slow. That was one of the reasons that I replaced my old Chromebook.

So far I love this thing. Its a little bit different from a regular laptop so I have to get used to that but it is great. Glad I got this and not the $700 one I was debating. It also arrived in one piece. Decently packaged.

This was my first chromebook and I have to say I adore this! For the price and for being a chromebook, it does what I need it to do. Which is browse youtube, online shopping, search a few things, and lets me accomplish some schoolwork on the go (as long as it's not my programming stuff haha). Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a little social-distancing dnd, who uses computers for browsing/youtube and similar streaming services, and has some schoolwork to get done! Also, the sound on such a cheap laptop is AMAZING! Like??? YESS?!?!?!
