It has everything he needed. This was a gift purchase for my brother who was convinced that he needed to replace his 8 year old computer with a new computer. I've used an HP Chromebook for almost four years. So I purchased this HP as a gift for him with the stipulation that if he did not find that it 'worked' for him, I'd keep it. In two days he said: "It's mine!" Why? His comments included: 1) The touch -screen works well. 2)The 14" screen provides ample room for 'research' reading with additional open tabs. 3) The keys are very easy to type on with my large fingers. And 4) It does a whole lot more well, than just basic surfing. He has been 'won over' and is making a HP Chromebook as his recommendation.

Bought this for school to avoid bringing our gaming laptop in and having to worry about damaging an expensive laptop. Use this for Google classroom, docs, slides, gmail and internet with no problems.

I like this hp chromebook. I havent owend a computer for abkut 6 years now. I am very happy with how simple and easy it is to use. I recommend to anyone who wants a good laptop for a good price.

Bought this laptop for school, so far it has definitely done what is needed for online classes. I’ve only had it for a month so far so maybe if I remember I’ll update in a bit on how it is long term.

Good price for that chrome-book, good performance no big difference bet . That & the real . Excellent for remote learning , better than iPads to stick the student on his/her seat and also enhance typing capabilities. Thanks

I bought this lap top for my daughter for school and it has actually been so much better to use rather than an iPad. She likes that it’s touchscreen and she has the key board.

Got this for my 8th grader but my college kid ended up taking it from her. it's light and has a great battery life. Seems like a lot of schools and even businesses are going to the google platform. not giving 5 stars because I can not see myself ever gushing over a chromebook.

Got this for my kid during Covid Zoom school. Simple to set up and did the job for her. Elementary student so it was very easy to navigate for schooling.

I like this ChromeBook however I was very disappointed when I went to download Adobe Acrobat PRO DC and was told by the company that Chrome does not support that type of program. I was able to install Microsoft Office though.

I replaced a 2-3 year old Chromebook with this, and very noticeable difference. The touchscreen and ability to install apps has particularly been great. Solid build quality and the 32gb of storage is also very welcome. Very solid device that I’m happy to recommend!

I bought this chrome book for my mother-in-law, she wanted something easy to use without all the complications of a typical computer. She has mastered the use of the chrome book, She is in her mid-80s. The picture and sound are good.

Overall it’s a good laptop, but I will be exchanging it as it does not have an “End”, “Delete” or “CAPS” keys on keyboard. I keep accidentally hitting the internet search button when I try to use all caps, and becoming frustrated with editing without an end and delete keys that my fingers are automatically used to quickly finding as well. It’s my fault I didn’t think to look for those as I thought those were pretty standard on keyboards. So if you are like myself, someone who is quite seasoned with automatically using them, this may not work best for you.

I bought this item for myself because of the low price at the time. Only complaint is that it doesn’t work with all printers. You have to purchase a compatible printer. That sucks when you already own one.

I simply needed a laptop just to surf the web, check email, and watch YouTube Tv. Why spend close to $1000 when this will do everything that a beginner or basic computer user needs. Can’t beat the price

I am learning to forget about the old lap top I have used for years and adapt to the simplicity of the ChromeBook. What a relief. And of course the price was much lower than the HP laptop.

I originally brought this for my grandson but after purchasing it i found out his mom brought one to. So i kept it for myself and i must say i love it i have an HP windows 10 version and i like the chromebook better.

Great. My daughter does all her work on a chrome book provided by the school system. I bought her this one for my home. For when she visits. She loves all the features and touch screen versus her other one.

Purchased for my grandson. He absolutely loved it. Stated that it was easy to set up and just as equally so to navigate through. A greater starter computer for teens transitioning into high school.

Needed a laptop for niece before she went to college. Originally this was not the laptop we were interested in. Saw this one and she fell in luv with it. Sales associate was very helpful. The price was also great
