I love this chrome book. I love that I can touch the screen whenever I feel like it. Honestly, it did take me awhile to get used to. Like the copy and paste part was one example. Overall, it’s easy to use, lightweight, & worth the money I paid

I really like this laptop, and I. Glad we chose this one with the touch screen. It makes it so much easier for just basic stuff. Good quality, Good speed, No problems so far. Pretty good buy! I've already recommended it to family and friends.

One of the best items we got during Christmas 2018. 1) Battery last super long, 2-3days with one charge 2) TouchScreen, very convenient and easy to use 3) Light and durable. 4) Can be charged with usb C, either side of the laptop

THE COMPUTER IS TOUCHSCREEN!!! AWSOME. This computer is completely light weight. The battery is powerful you won't have to walk with the charger. It hooks up fast to Wi-Fi. It overall great.

I Purchased this Chromebook as a christmas gift to replace my Wife' s old Dell laptop. My wife loves the ease of use and the touch screen . I couldn' t believe the price I paid for such a quality laptop. This was a steal!

I bought this for my 7 year old for remote learning. He loves it! Easy to set up and use. Touch screen is great. The screen size is perfect for online schooling and the sound is good too. Awesome chrome book for the price

Pros are you're getting a 14 inch touchscreen chromebook at a nice price with 4gb of ram memory. Battery life is good, too Con is only 32gb storage, only 720p screen and cheap-looking black case Overall, a good deal for under $200, but I'd look elsewhere at full retail price

I'm going to be using this laptop for mostly school, so it seems like the perfect one. It's very reliable and the perfect size. The touchscreen also comes in handy! I think it's a good price for a good laptop!

I bought this cromebook for school purposes & it’s great! it’s lightweight and slim so i can take it with me anywhere. it’s really convenient for when on the go and it is touch screen which is a huge plus for me ! i would definitely recommend getting it!

Purchased for my son to do his class online during this distance learning during Covid situation. It’s amazing. Love the touch screen, long battery life and quick start up. Easy to use. My son also loves it. Great price.

Bought this for my wife who, let's say is laptop challenged:). Seriously though this is her second Chromebook and she absolutely loves it. My wife is mostly into Facebook, YouTube, Google searches and face timing with the grandkids and she finds this light weight HP with long battery life perfect. Also, the touch screen is an added bonus. You will not be disappointed if looking for a device for general internet use!

Having a first grader that attends school in the hybrid model I needed an affordable laptop (because the school doesn't issue chromebooks for kindergarten and first graders). This chromebook is perfect, my daughter uses it for her homework when she's home and I use it to do my college courses assignments and for my small business. It's great and easy to use. I love that it's touch screen, it makes it easier for daughter that is still learning to maneuver the touchpad. Overall, I think this a great selection for anyone looking for something affordable and not too fancy but great quality.

Our four-year old Acer Chromebook 14's battery was swelling and breaking the case apart (and for that reason, I'll never buy another Acer Chromebook!), so we were on an emergency mission to replace THAT Chromebook with another workhorse. The 5th Gen HP Chromebook 14 checked nearly all of the boxes that we were looking for...sturdy construction, plenty of RAM and storage, and a touchscreen...which was, really, icing on the cake. (It can also run Google's Project Crostini/Linux if you're into that!) This HP Chromebook doesn't disappoint -- true, our demands are not that great at home (e.g., media consumption, online banking, online shopping, etc.) but the HP Chromebook 14 more than satisfies in terms of performance. So very happy with this emergency replacement...though you should consider it as a non-emergency contender for all-around, everyday, killer Chromebook.

We bought this chromebook for our son, but have used it for ourselves several times on vacation. The touchscreen works great and the speed of the machine is great. Screen size is nice, but the overall unit is lightweight and easy to pack for a trip.

This was the first time I purchased a Chromebook after reading many expert reviews. My wife needs something portable and easy to work with. So I gave it a try over a PC laptop. For the purpose, it works great, perhaps better than a PC laptop. It's much quicker without unnecessary hardware or software slowing it down. She takes notes and edits her website. The audio is still weak, considering it bears B&O branding. It would be challenging to use it as a full fledged business computer.

Got this for my granddaughter, a sophomore in high school and she loves it. Takes it every where abd uses it at school. Nice price also.

Light weight and super easy to use. All I needed for internet and email while traveling. Easy access to Google docs and photos to keep up on reports and projects. Could use more on board storage but with internet access to cloud it's pretty good.

These are quick / fast little laptops. The screens look sharp and they are light but feel sturdy. Time will tell how they wear but appear to be able to serve the purpose.

Each time I use this Chromebook I am reminded how Google has controlled the quality and evolution of the product. Manufacturers have to meet minimum standards for performance and reliability. HP has a great finish on this current generation machine. It's easy to grip, open, and use. The touchscreen is accurate and bright. The battery life is quite good. Keyboard feel is excellent. Mousepad also is positive and responsive. What can I say? It's great when everything just works. What I've come to expect from a Chromebook.

I love this chromebook especially for the low Black Friday price. It's also touch screen could be a plus for some. It's a good basic fast chromebook. Good enough for good and work.
