I have yet to download my Windows 10 and I was told I had to make an appointment to either come in the store or have someone come to my home and I told the lady over the phone that I wasn’t coming in the in the store and no one was coming to my home at the time I was sick and didn’t feel like it was a safe thing to do so I wasn’t able to download my windows 10 because she wasn’t able to help me over the phone.

Too soon to tell, but

Set up was very easy including hookup to a wireless connection to a HP Envy 4520 printer. Sound and voice recognition are good, as are picture color and sharpness. The only question so far is battery life as we haven't had it long enough to test. The instant on is a big plus for any chrome.
