Light weight, good speed, adequate memory, touch screen

I have been looking for a laptop/chromebook for a while now. I got this on Black Friday. I really wanted a touchscreen but they can be very expensive. This one was just the right price. Touchscreen is very responsive, I have not had any problems. Screen size is perfect. Battery is long lasting and charges pretty fast. This meets all my needs. I really like my chromebook.

I'm 67 years old and have gone straight from home computer to this Chromebook and have not been disappointed. Having avoided any of the laptop computers due to the price, mouse pad and the size; I finally decided on the HP-14 inch touch screen chrome book on sale during Christmas . I don't use the touch-screen much but it works fine and I purchased a wireless mouse which works great! The size is perfect for me. I'm even learning to use the mouse pad and the keyboard is easy to use. This has been a pleasant transition.

New to chromebook family. I’m impressed, long battery & ease of use. Touchscreen is a plus.

This is my first experience with a chromebook & so far its met my needs from web surfing, streaming movies, office applications, zoom meetings, games, social media, etc. The battery life last long, its light weight, and overall I'm glad I decided to give this chromebook a chance.

Took a little while to get going on this chromebook because I'm so used to computers(windows). I thought I made a mistake. Once I figured things out this is really nice to have. Good battery life(so far) , nice clear video and pretty fast. Only thing is the touchscreen is a little rough sometimes. I am happy I bought this.

Bought for my son and is a great addition to his life

I am an HP person. Long story short my HP Laptop’s screen cracked and I needed a replacement quick. I was a nursing student, single mom it’s Christmas time. The Best Buy rep presented this and it was just what I needed. It’s compact, long battery life, I have access to all Microsoft applications. It doesn’t lag it’s a definite great purchase I stand behind all HP products and a great price for a powerful device.

Needed a chrome book for 8 year old grandchild to communicate with teacher and classroom during school closing due to pandemic. This was perfect. It has everything needed for homework and zooming with school. Very good price. The sales woman who helped us make our decision was incredible. We appreciated her honesty about what we really needed!

My grandson loves his new chrome book. It much faster and easier for him to maneuver through. I bought the same one for myself in August. That’s why I bought my grandson the same chrome book because it is perfect for his school. Not to mention I’ve always had great experiences with Best Buy. Your employee’s are great.
