I've dropped this laptop numerous times. Screws have been replaced (by me). Pieces of the plastic casing have fallen off. After almost 3 years it only needs a battery replacement. I am still able to hang on without having to purchase another one. However, it is not as fast and doesn't have as high of a capacity as one with a better processor and more ram/storage etc so keep that in mind.

this is the second one I have bought. one for my son first, then my daughter wanted one. both work great!

This laptop was ready to go with tutorials to get us up and running fast. Easy to understand and follow.

Bought for my daughter she seems to like it alot. Did notice it was kind if slow when downloading iTunes

I got this laptop computer for my 12 year old daughter's birthday. It has just the right features for her needs. It is perfect for homework, but also for watching videos, writing essays, going on social media and so much more. It's a great laptop for a very good price. My daughter loves it!

I’ve always had luck with HP so we will see. Bought this for my son for college. Can’t beat the price

I read the reviews but I still bought the laptop. Since the reviews were kind of all over the place I figured I would try it out myself, mainly because of the price. The first one I bought just stopped working. I had to return it for a new one. The second one is working okay but it is slow as ever. If you have the money buy the more expensive laptop.

Laptop doesn't detect battery so now have to deal with getting this laptop returned. Made for an unhappy Christmas for the recipient.

My nephew loves it. Great product for the price Have to make him get off of it to do his work.

I like the connectivity that this laptop offers transfer files from phone to laptop no problem

Right out of the box this computer is kinda slow. Also the battery only lasts about an hour. Its ok for my children to use for research, and to print book reports, and papers, but wish I would have just got a chrome book instead. I wouldn't recommend for gamming or streaming.

This laptop does everything I need it to. Great price. Right size and great battery life.

It appears that this laptop is loaded with too much Bloat ware and it is slowing it down. My 6 year old Gateway with Windows 7 is out performing this unit. I am not happy with it

Was looking for a good laptop for my young teen son who wanted to play some games off of steam. I chose this laptop since it had fast RAM and decent size hard drive and graphics card. He's been non-stop using it since Christmas and has said how much faster it is then his old ebook laptop he'd been using. If it came with an SSD hard drive would give it 5 stars - it's time to bury the 5400 RPM hard drives.

I'm happy with the computer, have no problems. I'm a senior and it is easy for me to use

Needed a laptop for work and this HP fit the bill as it had what I wanted at a great price.

Good computer for a good price. Never been more satisfied with no other brand but HP.

For the price you can't beat it .. quick internet.. but it is alittle heavy
