The HP laptop is excellent and all features work.

With Windows 10 mandatory updates and conflicts with Google are our only complaint. my poor wife struggled to get the computer up and running to her liking. But as always, she impresses me with her diligence. I sent a correspondence to Windows concerning these issues but our only hope is that we make a transition to Google Chromebook someday.

Okay laptop

The button is sunk in I have to press in with my nail to get it turned on. It is brand new. Also battery life is not long I have to have power cord on will in use. For price I should have bought a better one.
