No issues, runs quickly and would recommend for students

my son needed a new computer. this works great for school.

Love the matte black finish and that keyboard is closed so that dirt doesn't collect in keys. Lightweight. I was skeptical on Windows 10 but found that it keeps me engaged. Truly love Windows 7 but it is antiquated!

Computer ok everything works and is relatively quick with good storage. Only complaint is webcam has a spot we’re pixels are always white (about 1/8 in circle) other than than we were satisfied already had stuff on computer so to much of a pain to take back for exchange.

I received this laptop for Christmas and out of the box the computer is extremely slow and for someone that does not know much if anything about computers this will be a complete disappointment. The computer comes installed with 4gb “DDR3L” ram, which is incorrect the laptop actually holds 4gb of PC3L which is a cheaper alternative to DDR3L but will work in place of the other. If you unscrew all the screws on the back panel and then the ones under the rubber feet using a laptop repair kit and choosing the plier tool you can separate the back panel from all of the components and install more ram. The computer can hold up to 8gb of PC3L or DDR3L In each slot, so up to 16gb which is incredibly good. I also installed a ssd hardrive to make the computer even faster and from there installed a fresh version of Windows 10 pro. If you are more of a basic user and would like to optimize your laptop use without taking anything apart I would suggest using Windows refresh tool and reinstalling Microsoft Windows 10 home and doing so will remove all of the bloatware that comes with almost any HP laptop just slowing it down, just doing that alone will improve your laptop use quite a bit. Besides these things I’ve mentioned before the laptop runs pretty efficiently outside of some occasional frustration with the battery life. In conclusion I would say that for the price of this laptop it’s capabilities are the same as one from a more main stream respected laptop
