I am in love with my MAC computer but use this one for bookkeeping with Quicken. It tends to run a little slow but I think that might be Windows 10. Meets my needs for an inexpensive computer to use for bookkeeping!

I ended buying two tablets. They great, very easy to use. I also got the keyboard for it.

HP has done it again, good computer for the money, If you don't need a lot of whistles and bells you can't beat this laptop .

Not the fastest machine known to man, not the largest capacity...but it gets the job done for a casual surfer.

I love this notebook. It is 3 times lighter than a Dell and processors are super fast. Faster than greased lightening.

The battery doesn’t last long and this laptop has constant freezes once the battery level drops to a certain level.

We bought this economical laptop for our 11 year old daughter so that she could do her homework on it, instead of my computer that often has sensitive business docs on it. She loves it, and so do we!

Bought this for my kiddos for the price and for easy access to online classes. Works great for the value

I was looking for a new laptop for my job. It seems okay so far. The laptop I originally wanted was sold out and I needed to get one right away. I actually wanted more memory, but so far this PC okay.

My only complaint is that it appears to have come with a virus. Constantly getting an internet security warning with instructions to contact Microsoft. Four times in a month. Not much help from Best Buy

My daughter enjoys this computer. It was not an expensive one but serves its purpose for what she needs. Runs great.

you really cant go wrong its a good laptop for the price good love the voice spec and good ram space that you get

I would love it more if it were faster. Takes almost 5-8 minutes to open up and connect to WiFi. I have 100 Mbps WiFi but I was told it's the processor.

Considering what I paid for this, it was worth it. It starting updating on me during exams so I had to have the update times changed. Good for $200.00.

All fine features, but can freeze. Run as few programs as possible. I try to keep only 1 or 2 windows open. Often had to restart when frozen. Just be careful, Otherwise, no problems.
